OUR GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Baage.com - LADEL is a limited liability company registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 851 201 913.

The purpose of the present general conditions of sale is to define the rights and obligations arising from them.

1. YOUR ORDER

1.1 Processing of your order

As soon as your order will be transmitted to us by our partner, we will make sure to dispatch it within 48 working hours.

In case of stock shortage

If an item is missing when your order is shipped, we will make sure to get it as soon as possible. If the expected supply time is too long, we will do our best to send you an equivalent or superior item.

2. DELIVERY

2.1 Delivery method

Baage has chosen to work with recognized, reliable and fast carriers to bring you the best possible service.

2.2 Delivery time

We strive to ship your order to our partners within 48 hours after confirmation.

Depending on where you live, your package will arrive within 2 to 5 days.

The total time to receive your package after ordering is therefore at least 4 days, maximum one week.

You have not received your package after one week?

Write us an email and don't forget to mention your complete contact details and your order number, at sav@baage.com

We will do our best to answer you within 24 hours, after having asked our carrier to locate your shipment.

Depending on your delivery address, this search may take 15 working days.

If your package has been lost by the carrier, we will offer you to proceed with a new shipment (depending on availability) or to ask our partner who ensured the sale to refund you.

3. THE RECEPTION OFYOUR ORDER

3.1 The essential verifications

When you receive your parcel, whether at home or at a depot or collection point, you must imperatively observe the state of the parcel and check its contents. The carrier has the obligation to let you proceed to this type of control.

If the product presents an anomaly, refuse the package. Thus, we can turn against our carrier and proceed with a new shipment.

3.2 The receiver of the package

If the reception of the parcel is entrusted to a third party (reception in a company, family, neighbors, guardian), he/she does it for your account and in your name. The said third party being responsible for the good reception of the parcel, he must proceed to the same essential verifications as if the parcel was directly handed to you.

3.3 You have accepted the package

From this moment on, you are the owner of your purchase. Of course, we are at your disposal if you have any questions about its functioning.

If the package you have accepted has any damage (hole, tear, crushing), you must make precise reservations on the carrier's slip before signing it or, if necessary, have him make a written report of the damage that you will keep.

3.4 You have refused the package

If the article or the parcel presented an anomaly and that you refused it, inform us by not forgetting to mention your complete co-ordinates as well as your number of order, with the address: sav@baage.com

3.5 The item received is not the right one

If the article you received is not the one you ordered and you did not refuse the package after control, contact our consumer service within 72 hours after delivery.

To do this, send us an e-mail to the address: sav@baage.com, not forgetting to mention your full contact details, your order number, and indicating the nature of the article received and that of the article ordered.

If possible, include a photo of the item received.

After analysis of your request, we will try to find a solution.

4. RETUNRS

4.1 The return for retraction

If you have changed your mind, you have 14 days after receiving your article to return it to us, the return is free.

Before returning your parcel, and for a better follow-up, inform us beforehand by not forgetting to mention your complete coordinates as well as your order number, at the address: sav@baage.com.

Any item returned as part of a withdrawal must be in new condition, suitable for resale. The article must be returned to us as received, that is to say complete, with its packaging, its wedges, its accessories and its notice if necessary.

You must take particular care in the preparation of the package that you return to us, to avoid any damage in transit. If a package arrives damaged, we reserve the right to refuse it, so that you can be reimbursed directly by the carrier you have chosen for the return. In this respect, we advise you to insure your shipment for its value to avoid any inconvenience in case of damage.

Your refund in the context of the withdrawal assumes that the item has not been damaged and is complete.

If your product is found not to comply with the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse your right of withdrawal.

4.2 The return under warranty

Your items are guaranteed against any defect or malfunction reported within 14 days of delivery.

Of course, the warranty does not apply to a defect generated by poor handling, deterioration, negligence, or any action, voluntary or not, leading to a defect (e.g.: forcing a zipper, overfilling a case, cleaning with a corrosive product, case compressed by an excessive weight to close it, rolling on an uneven ground, etc...)

To make use of your guarantee, send us an e-mail to the following address: sav@baage.com containing your full contact details, your order number, as well as a description of the defect or malfunction encountered. If possible, attach a photo showing the problem encountered in order to receive appropriate assistance.

In the case of a return under warranty, the cost of returning the item is at your expense.

Upon receipt, your item will be carefully examined, and if the problem encountered proves to be a defect or malfunction resulting from normal use, we will proceed with an exchange as soon as possible.

If the analysis reveals misuse, Baage reserves the right to return the item as is.

Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of an item.

Likewise, Baage cannot be held responsible for any external event (e.g. a suitcase damaged during a flight). In this case, we invite you to ask the responsibility of the structure that caused the damage or your insurance.

5. LEGISLATION

5.1 Applicable law

As Baage does not market its products directly, any claim concerning a delivery or the application of a guarantee must first be addressed to the seller, who will take any action against Baage.com

As Baage is a French company shipping from France, the law applicable to any dispute shall be French law. In the case of international shipments, any dispute to which the after-sales service may give rise will be governed by French law.

5.2 Scope of these Terms.

If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other provisions shall retain all their force and scope.
